Happy August! Honestly, I can’t believe it is already August. I am currently getting things together to move into my apartment this Friday, and it is just crazy to think how quickly this year has flown by.
I’ve decided I want to start making monthly posts about products I’ve been loving. This month, I got to try out a bunch of different products and items, but I was able to narrow it down to just six things I’ve been absolutely loving.
The Ordinary Products

Shoutout to Skin Care By Hyram for introducing me to these products via TikTok. I have extremely sensitive skin, and I was a little nervous about trying out these products. I’ve only heard good things about them, so I decided to give it a try. One thing I love about The Ordinary is that their stuff is cheap but amazing. My skin has cleared up so much ever since I started using these products regularly!
Lavish Lash Eyelash and Brow Serum

I’ve always had short lashes, and I am always searching for anything to help my lashes grow. I’ve always heard great reviews on the Rodan + Fields lash serum, but I wanted to try something that was more in my price range. My friend recommended getting these eyelash serum from Amazon just for $30. I was a little nervous to try it out because I do have sensitive skin, and I was afraid it wouldn’t work. Now, I am obsessed with it. I’ve actually seen a difference in the length of my lashes, and I started using it a month ago. I definitely recommend this!
Essential Oil Diffuser

Honestly, you can never go wrong with an essential oil diffuser. I got this one from Amazon, and it’s perfect! It has the option of seven different colors, and you can choose how long you want it on. Also, it was a great price, and I can’t wait to take it to my apartment.
Gold Hoop Earrings

I got these earrings from Amazon because I’ve heard so much about them. They were a great price, and they really complete an outfit! They aren’t heavy at all, and they are such a staple accessory.
Outdoor Voices Hokas

When I tried on my first pair of Hokas last year, I thought they were the comfiest shoes ever, but I just didn’t like the look of them. Well a year later, I decided to invest in a pair. I know some people run in Hokas, and I am truly impressed on how they do it because they’re a bit too rocky for me. However, these are the perfect shoes for any type of walking and for day-to-day things. I wore these shoes at camp, and they were honestly such a lifesaver. I definitely recommend them for college because there’s a lot of walking.
I am super excited for the next few blog posts because I’m finally posting some college content! I can’t wait to be back, especially since my freshman year got cut short. Thank you so much for reading this post!
